Cancellation
Customers can request to cancel an order before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate the cancellation request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been shipped.

Refunds

Incorrect product received
Order cancellation before shipment
To request a refund, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. Please provide details of the issue along with supporting evidence such as photos. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer

Return Shipping
If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is found to be defective or incorrect.
